      Extra Virgin Olive Oil Harvest 2024 ｜ 500mle

       

      A top quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil that captures the rich and elegant flavours of its origins in Chianti Classico region.

      Herbaceous and fruit aromas with a balanced and harmonious taste distinguish our Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

      The entire production cycle takes place at Casa Emma, from olive harvest to bottling. The olive groves cover about three acres at the top of the hill, where the soil and climatic conditions are ideal. The olives varieties (Pendolino, Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio) are picked as they begin to ripen and, after being carefully selected, are immediately brought to the press, where they are ground and cold-pressed. By using this method, the olives release all aromas and slightly spicy taste typical of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil.

       

      In 2004, the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Guide awarded us with the prize for Best D.O.P. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil in Tuscany for its rich fruity taste and extremely low acidity.

      Casa Emma嘅有機初榨橄欖油每年只會出產3200支，絕不粗製濫造，亦唔會加入任何調味／調色／人造加工化學物質，保證每一支橄欖油都係最高品質，以健康同美味爲本。Founder Paolo同我講，造酒同造橄欖油係佢家族＋地區非常神聖嘅工作，世代相傳，唔會爲咗賺錢而做壞規矩。我自己同屋企由2015年認識Casa Emma開始，就只係用佢呢一支Olive Oil食用，Paolo話只要唔係太過高溫(如deep fried)，橄欖油係可以煮食的～ 每一家意大利人從來都只會用橄欖油煮食。而我亦好喜歡就咁用呢支oil點麵包(勁好味!!)，做salad dressing, 什至煎煮所有餸菜～ 另外亦可以用嚟搽身當body oil用啊！非常滋潤皮膚的 :)
