Each tube includes 10 traditional incense rope hand rolled with colorful lokra paper by the women of Nepal which is meant to be burned individually laying down or hanging. Incense is meant to purify, heal, calm, and ground your inner and outer space, allowing you to be more aware of your breath and inviting positive energy into your space; mentally and physically.
