Please contact us for shipping rate if you would like to purchase more than HK$30,000.

- Kindly expect 7-21 business days for delivery upon completing your purchase, depending on product availability.

- Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from INUF Breakfast Club. (Please check your spam or junk email folder if you have not received the emails within an hour. Please reach INUF Online Team should you fail to receive any order confirmation from us.)

- Your order will be shipped by DHL Express Worldwide and you will receive an email from INUF Breakfast Club as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number. If you would like to track your order, please enter your tracking number here.

- By placing an overseas order with INUF Breakfast Club, you acknowledge that any local customs issues, charges, import taxes, import duties, last-mile delivery fee, or in general any extra charge(s) regarding the Shipment, will be of the receiver’s sole responsibility. INUF shall not be liable for any discrepancies between the Shipping Fees by the shipping agent and any local fee, or additional delivery fee charged to the receiver.

- Please note that the package could be examined by your local customs, or by FDA if shipped to the United States, which may cause delays or custom inspections, INUF Breakfast Club do not hold any liability for any delay, losses or extra charges for such events. Such customs policies and charges can vary from country to country, please check with your local custom should any cost be applied.

- If your order has to be withheld or returned by your local customs. INUF Breakfast Club will not be held responsible for any delays or losses. The couriers may return the items back to us. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled. If you wish us to reship the goods, you will be required to cover any costs involved. Kindly understand that we will not be held liable for any costs that are incurred when using the courier services.

- We encourage you to contact your destination country custom offices to check all of the requirements prior to placing an overseas order with INUF. INUF do not take any responsibility or liability for any delivery issue.

- Any shipment, losses or damages due to delivery, it will be the sole responsibility of the Courier Service company. Please reach your local courier center for immediate assistant or complaints.

Disclaimers

1. All local Hong Kong and International orders are dispatched from our Headquarter in Hong Kong.

2. Should customer forget to put in their contact number for delivery when placing the order, the order might be automatically cancelled and refunded.

3. Once the order is proceeded, we are unable to change the delivery address and information.

4. Should customer input an incorrect contact number or delivery address, please contact the courier provider to amend the information.

5. INUF is not liable for any delay in shipment, lost or damage of goods during delivery. Please contact DHL for any immediate assistant or complaints.

- 本公司選用DHL以安排寄運海外訂單。收件人約會在下單日後7至21 個工作天內收貨(取決於產品供應情況)。

- 本公司在寄出你的訂單後,會向你發出有快遞公司運單號的電郵,以讓你可到DHL的網站查閱運單。

- 任何當地(目的地國家或地域)之海關問題、費用、存倉費、進口關稅、與運輸有關的任何額外費用,將全數由收件人自行承擔。

- 如果客人之訂單由當地海關或各政府部門驗查或退回,包括寄至美園被海關或食品及藥品管理署截查,本公司並不會承擔任何延遲、損失以及所有相關費用。

- 貨物一經送出到當地,如因任何理由無法送到客人手上,或是被海關退回,本公司只能退回產品於訂單上的售價,恕未能退回快遞公司之運輸費用。如果客人希望本公司將貨物重新裝運寄出,便需要承擔所涉及的所有費用及風險。

- 客人落單前,如若對目的地國家/地區海關之檢查要求,有不清楚的地方,請自行聯繫當地海關辦事處查詢。本公司將不會承擔任何責任。

- 任何運輸延遲、遺失或損害,本公司將不會為其負責,以及保留不退款之權利,建議客人致電快遞公司當地的客戶服務熱線作出投訴或協助。 請在此閱讀我們有關運輸的免責聲明。
