Kindly understand that orders placed at different times CANNOT be combined into a single shipment or delivery. All orders ship directly from our headquarter in Hong Kong. Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.

INUF accepts both international and local orders. However, orders that did not provide a valid contact phone number will be cancelled and refunded immediately.

Once your order is being processed, we will not be able to amend the shipping address or contact phone number further. Should you have entered an incorrect address or contact number, please contact the specific courier company soonest to check whether it is possible to amend the address or contact number with them, with the extra charges (if any) will be held responsible by the customer. INUF is not responsible or liable for your package or extra charges should it be caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer. 

INUF does not hold any liability for any delay in delivery or shipping, losses or extra charges of any kind as the shipping or delivery is conducted by a third party service provider. Should you experience any delay in shipment or delivery, or loss of parcels, please contact the courier company for customer support.


We are not liable for any losses incurred during any force majeure or natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to floods, fires, typhoons, pandemic, terrorist attacks or terrorism, customs or postal service strikes, civil conflict, riots, invasions or occupancy, extreme weather conditions, or failure of telecommunication networks.)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
By placing an overseas order with INUF, Users acknowledge that any local customs issues, charges, import taxes, import duties, last-mile delivery fee, or in general any extra charge(s) regarding the Shipment, will be of the receiver’s sole responsibility. INUF shall not be liable for any discrepancies between the Shipping Fees by the shipping agent and any local fee, or additional delivery fee charged to the receiver.

Please note that the package could be examined by your local customs, which may cause delays or custom inspections, INUF Breakfast Club do not hold any liability for any delay, losses or extra charges for such events. Such customs policies and charges can vary from country to country, please check with your local custom should any cost be applied.

 

If your order has to be withheld or returned by your local customs. INUF Breakfast Club will not be held responsible for any delays or losses. The couriers may return the items back to us. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled. If you wish us to reship the goods, you will be required to cover any costs involved. Kindly understand that we will not be held liable for any costs that are incurred when using the courier services.


We encourage you to contact the local custom office of the destination country to check all the requirements prior to placing an overseas order with INUF.
